Our Process

Register your interest by clicking the button above and we will reach out to fully understand your needs and answer any questions you may have.

Select the home you’d like and confirm any preferences you may have – at this point we will issue you with an Offer Letter; a $5,000 non-refundable deposit will be required at this stage.

Although non-refundable, this cost will go towards the list price of the home.

The following agreement is sent out for the buyer to check , agree and sign:

Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) – to be completed within 30 days of the date when the signed Offer Letter has been received by the vendor. If after 30 days, the SPA has not been signed, the offer will be withdrawn and the property put back on the market.

Once the agreement has been signed, a 30% payment (minus the $5,000 reservation fee) of the house price will be required within 30 days. At this stage building commences.

At eaves level (roof preparation receiveing stage) , 50% of the house price will be required within 30 days of when notification for the payment request is sent by email.

When it’s time to install the internal fitting and fixtures, taking into account any specific preferences or choices you’ve made, 10% of the house price will be required within 30 days of the notification of this request.

Your house is finished! The final 10% of the house price is due, on or prior to handover of the keys.

– Leasehold of Land

– Bye-Laws

– Site Management

If you’d like, we will send you pictures of the building progress at each stage.

Please note that these are LEASEHOLD properties.

Over the past 25 years, she has supervised the construction of residential properties in the United Kingdom and Ghana, combining international standards with a deep appreciation for local craftsmanship.

Alongside her successful career as an educator, Larissa has continuously nurtured her passion for design and construction—overseeing each project with the same discipline, care, and creativity that define her professional life. As Creative Director, she leads the aesthetic and design direction of the company’s developments, ensuring that every home embodies exceptional quality, safety, and finish.

Her hands-on approach, refined taste, and unwavering commitment to excellence are at the heart of the company’s boutique identity, bringing together artistry, integrity, and experience in every build.

Cassandra – Brand & Digital Director

Combining her background in creative storytelling and luxury branding, Cassandra ensures that the company’s distinct point of view is communicated across every touchpoint. She focuses on showcasing what makes the firm unique within Ghana’s evolving property landscape. 

Steward
Stewart Thorpe – Technical Director

With over five decades of experience in the construction industry, Stewart is a registered engineer whose expertise spans both British and international standards. Throughout his distinguished career, he has led and overseen large-scale infrastructure and building projects across Africa, including the development of major water plants and commercial facilities.

As Technical Director, Stewart ensures that every development meets the highest levels of structural integrity, safety, and quality. His deep technical knowledge and meticulous approach underpin the company’s commitment to delivering world-class craftsmanship and reliability.

A trusted authority in his field, Stewart’s experience and leadership provide the solid foundation on which the company’s design-led vision is built.
